1:4 Scale Spitfire Replica
“Mike made an excellent model of the exact plane Brian Lane flew in the Battle of Britain. A couple of years later Brian was shot down in a MkIX just 8 miles north of my birthplace Domburg in the Netherlands. This beautifully detailed 1:4 model now hangs above my classic car collection which contains a 1929 Lagonda that raced at Brooklands. Brian Lane was married to Eileen Ellison, one of the most famous woman racing drivers before the war. She raced at Brooklands in the same era as the Lagonda. Let’s never forget these brave youngsters!”
Static Spitfire Hire

Static Display Spitfire Model
I used Supermarine works to hand build a replica Spitfire for my recent home renovation project & was delighted with their service.
My refurbishment was based around achieving a vintage British look & I required an authentic., lifelike & to-scale Spitfire model to form a centre piece for the main living area.
Having trawled the internet for various model suppliers I came across & was impressed with super marine works & contacted them for an enquiry.
Mike guided me through the build process & various options, specs, timescales, prices, deliveries etc.
Mike kept me informed throughout the build & sent over regular production stage images. The build was completed on time & delivered as planned.
I was delighted with the end product & the Spitfire now forms a fantastic centre piece to the room.
